My Name is Hannah Rudgley and I have a BTEC level 5 professional diploma in soft tissue therapy from the Oxford School of Sports Massage.
I took up running after having my first child and absolutely loved the way it made me feel physically and mentally. A couple of marathons later and some associated injuries and I was fascinated with all things injury, recovery and prevention. The course taught me that soft tissue injuries can happen to anyone, sporty or not. That posture and biomechanics play a huge part in how our bodies function.
I do still regularly take part in running events but aside from running, I also enjoy cycling and swimming.
I am trained in first aid and am a fully qualified Kettlercise instructor.
